All About Perforated Grilles and Registers

Shoemaker perforated grilles are high quality and easy to install. With 3/16" holes on 1/4" staggered centers, the perforated grilles provide 58% free area. Available as surface mount, T-Bar, and spiral mount, we have a mounting style to fit your needs. Shoemaker Mfg. also manufactures perforated filter grilles with 1", 2", or 4" filter depth as a surface mount or T-Bar mount. With various mounting styles, filter depths and color choices, Shoemaker perforated grilles are a great addition to your project.

  • Perforated surface mount grilles are available in a variety of sizes, including fractional, exact OD, and exact ID.
  • Surface mount grilles come with countersunk mounting holes and color matching Philips Pozidriv screws.
  • Series include: 600P, 620PFG
T-Bar

T-Bar

  • Perforated T-Bar grilles are available in 1x1, 1x2, 2x2, or 2x4 panel sizes.
  • The perforated face can be the whole T-Bar panel or a smaller perforated grille in a blank T-bar panel.
  • Perforated T-Bar filter grilles are standard with a 2" filter depth but a 1" or 4" filter depth may also be available.
